Everything is new an exciting when you are a baby, and it doesn’t matter if you’re a human or dog baby. Jack the Golden Retriever puppy just experienced rain for the first time and absolutely loved it. His confusion was palpable, but that didn’t stop him from attempting to drink the falling water.
